The powder coating
Powder coating involves the principle of the same main ingredients in a wet paint system, when one disregards the fact that many wet paint systems containing solvents. The properties come from the binders, curing agent, pigments and various additives. Binder is normal epoxy, polyester or a mixture thereof. Paint powder (DuPont), electrostatic charges (Corona) sprayed on the product, and receives its final consistency by melting and curing the curing oven at temperatures from 180 to 210 ° C.

Pre-treatment

Application of powder
